Smoke Tests

Smoke tests should verify service startup, health checks, database connectivity, and later SIP/media-adjacent probes.

Runnable entry point:

pnpm test:remote-smoke

Override the target with:

$env:LISGLOSIPS_BASE_URL = 'https://100.90.90.91'
